In this work we carried out for Kayalar Plastik, the goal is clear: to turn the company's scattered data into business decisions. We collected and organized the data and prepared a demo running on real data.
The demo brings together, in a single panel, the AI sales agent and analyses like Customer 360, RFM, Churn, Sentiment and performance. Before taking the system live, we can see together how it will work with real data.
Project overview
We designed a separate screen for each workflow: data upload and analysis, Customer 360, churn risk, sentiment, automated reporting and campaign management are all gathered in a single panel.
There are two standout capabilities. First, conversation analysis: when you upload a customer call, the system parses the conversation; it extracts the tone of voice, emotion, intent (such as price negotiation or a buying signal) and early churn risk, and segments the customer into groups like 'Will Buy'. Second, the AI sales agent: it matches the company's products, industry by industry, with potential customers and offers concrete recommendations.
This is an ongoing project we share with honest transparency; the next step is taking the system live upon approval of the demo.
