
An end-to-end AI-powered digital system for three hotels in Germany.
Meri-Boarding Group consists of three facilities offering accommodation and long-term boarding services in Stuttgart, Germany. In this project we developed end to end the group's multilingual website, an AI assistant called Meri that talks to guests, and the management and insight tools running in the background.
From the very first contact, the guest gets answers 24/7: Meri instantly answers availability and reservation questions, collects the request and routes it to the right place. Management, thanks to the background analytics tools, can clearly see visitor behavior and demand.
Project overview
We set up a consistent yet distinct digital identity for each of the three facilities; on top of it we added an instant booking flow, the Meri assistant that talks to guests, and the analytics layer that provides insight to management.
With German, English and Turkish language support, a system emerged that addresses both local and international guests, and whose content, forms and messages can be managed from a single panel.
